Where are the CA and Florida seminars held?
Florida Exam Prep classes are usually done via teleconference. Unless otherwise noted, CA Designated Rep Trining Seminars are held at:

Ontario is located in Southern California, approximately 45 miles east of Los Angeles. If you are flying in, fly to the Ontario International Airport.
What time do the classes begin?
For the CA live class sign-in is at 8:15am. Class begins at 8:30am and goes until 5:00pm.
For the FL teleconference, we usually begin at 8am (depending on the time zone locations of the attendees). It is an approximate 6 hour class.
What Should I Bring?
You only need to bring a photo ID. We will supply a 120+ page syllabus, all CA state application forms and even a pen!!
Dress is casual - be comfortable. The instructor, Dr. Evans may be in jeans!
Airline Flight Arrangements
- If you are flying to an Ontario seminar, arrange your flight to the Ontario International Airport.
- There is a free hotel shuttle to the Doubletree.
- For your arrival, unless noted otherwise, all seminars start with check-in with photo ID at 8:15 am, class begins at 8:30 am.
- For your flight home, all seminars end at appx. 5:00 pm.
- Do not arrange your return flight before 7:00pm.
Refund Policy
Cancellations: Registration fees are non-refundable for registrants who cancel 1 - 14 days before class. Registrants who cancel 15 or more days prior to class receive a 50% refund. Class may be re-scheduled without any payment penalty (see below).
Re-Scheduling Policy: Access Pharmacy Resources will allow any fully paid registrant to re-schedule a missed class without penalty. Registrant will be allowed to re-schedule a class within 6 months of original scheduled class date.
If registrant cannot re-schedule within 6 month allowance period, seminar registration fee may be forfeited. Registrant will be given 2 re-scheduling allowances. If greater than 2 classes are re-scheduled without attendance, seminar registration fee may be forfeited.
Access Pharmacy Resources does not assume or accept any liability for having to reschedule a class for natural disasters, travel abnormalities or any issue that prevents the class from being offered as scheduled.
